Delivery Method

Once your order has been placed, it must be validated by our order management department. This delay will take less than 48 hours, once this step is completed you will receive an order validation email to which a tracking number will be attached.

You can find our order tracking page to find out which transport service will be supported and the status of your order on Order Tracking.

The delivery time will take 8-18 days (excluding Sunday and public holidays). Due to the current complications due to COVID-19, these delivery times can reach 20 to 30 working days.

Returns Method
From the date of receipt of your package, you have 14 days to report an anomaly to us. Certain circumstances are mandatory to allow a legitimate return and refund, here are the ones:

- In case of receipt of damaged packages or damaged items.

- A return for our services in the original packaging and in perfect condition.

- A delivery returned to our services by absence of your presence.

For all these conditions, please contact us by email at, proof in images associated with an explanatory text of your inconvenience.

If one or more of these conditions is met, we will check the compliance of your request and apply the refund process to your order.

The refund will be made to your original means of payment. Processing time can take 7-14 days visible in your bank account.
